The court heard that the 18-year-old, identified as Jack Rylance, carried out multiple assaults at Pittenzie Road on May 29 in 2020.
He attacked a 13-year-old boy by punching him and knocking him to the ground.
Additionally, Rylance assaulted another individual on the same date at the nearby playing fields by straddling him and repeatedly punching him on the head and body before attempting to bite him on the neck.
He also bit the man on his body and, after the victim managed to stand up, Rylance knocked him down again and continued punching him.
The court detailed that the injuries inflicted were severe, leaving the victim with a permanent disfigurement.
Rylance was found not guilty of a separate attack at James Square in Crieff, where the jury decided he acted in self-defense.
He is scheduled to be sentenced by Sheriff Paul Brown at Dundee Sheriff Court on May 9.
