December 2019 Paedo travelled to Cobham Services to meet seven-year-old child A man has been jailed for child sexual offences after he travelled to Cobham Services to meet a seven-year-old child. Igor Kutsyy, aged 38, of Mill Harbour, Isle of Dogs, was on December 13, jailed for a total of three years at Guildford Crown Court in Surrey. He had previously been found guilty in October of six charges, comprising: • One count of attempting to arrange or facilitate the commission of a child sex offence; • One count of distributing an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child; • One count of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child; • Three counts of making indecent photos of a child. Kutsyy was arrested on December 21, 2018 at Cobham Services, Surrey, where he had travelled from his home address intending to meet and sexually abuse a seven-year-old child. Upon arriving at the service station he was arrested by officers from the South East Regional Organised Crime Unit (SEROCU).
