--------------------------- 2025-10-08 14:57: A man arrested after he was reported by the two boys he abused and subjected to "serious physical harm and violence" has been jailed for 16 years.
Ibrahim Cetin, 54, of Liverpool, was convicted of rape, child cruelty, assault and actual bodily harm after a trial at Liverpool Crown Court.
He was also sentenced for the rape and repeatedly assaulted of a woman in December 2024, and was placed on the Sex Offender's Register indefinitely.
Det Ch Insp Phil Atkinson of Merseyside Police said his victims had shown "immeasurable bravery" in coming forward.
