HAROLD SALT FROM WALTHAM CROSS JAILED FOR HISTORIC SEX OFFENCES AGAINST CHILD
In a case that has shocked the local community of Waltham Cross, Harold Salt, a 75-year-old resident of Shalcross Drive, was convicted of a series of serious historic sexual offences involving a young child.The offences, which spanned several years, included allegations of rape and indecent assault against a victim who was under the age of 13 at the time.
