GRZEGORZ DOLUK SWINDON MAN WITH CHILD ABUSE IMAGES AND EXTREME PORNOGRAPHY SENTENCED
In November 2017, a disturbing case emerged involving Grzegorz Doluk, a resident of Swindon, who was found to possess indecent images of children and extreme pornography.The revelation came after his four-year-old daughter disclosed disturbing material to her mother following a visit to her father's home.
According to reports, the child's statement prompted a police investigation, leading to a search of Doluk's residence.
During the search, authorities seized two Samsung mobile phones from his address on Redcliffe Street.
On these devices, law enforcement officials discovered a total of twenty images: eleven categorized as indecent images of young girls, and nine depicting extreme pornography.
The nature of the images was considered serious, yet not the most severe form of such material.
When questioned by police, Doluk, aged 33, explained that he works as a test technician for a local company and follows a shift pattern.
He stated that his two daughters spend four days at his home and then four days with their mother.
Doluk acknowledged that the devices were his but claimed they had been purchased secondhand.
He refused to answer further questions regarding the content found on the phones.
Doluk, who resides on Redcliffe Street, pleaded guilty to two charges: possession of indecent images of children and possession of extreme pornography.
His defense lawyer, Will Rose, highlighted that Doluk had no prior convictions either in the UK or Poland, his country of origin.
Rose also noted that, in his view, the images were at the lower end of the scale typically dealt with by the court, suggesting they were less severe than other cases.
Swindon Crown Court, presided over by Judge Tim Mousley QC, heard that Doluk had previously pleaded guilty to these offences at a magistrates' court on October 4.
The judge detailed the nature of the images, which involved erotic poses of naked or semi-naked girls aged between 10 and 15.
The court was informed that Doluk was a man of no previous convictions and had been employed full-time for most of his life.
After reviewing the pre-sentence report, which assessed the risk of harm posed by Doluk, Judge Mousley imposed a comprehensive sentence.
Doluk was sentenced to an 18-month community order, which includes 16 days of rehabilitation activity and 175 hours of unpaid work.
Additionally, he is required to adhere to a sexual harm prevention order for the next five years and must register as a sex offender, reflecting the seriousness of his offences and the need for ongoing monitoring and protection.
