MAN CHARGED WITH CHILD EXPLOITATION AND EXTREME PORN OFFENCES IN LIVERPOOL
Graham Rowlands appeared at Liverpool & Knowsley Magistrates Court on April 25, 2025, facing serious charges.He was charged with making and possessing indecent images of a child, and with attempting to meet a girl under 16 following grooming behaviour.
