GEORGE FLANNIGAN FROM MILNATHORT CAUGHT WITH CHILD ABUSE IMAGES AT DUNFERMLINE COURT
In August 2018, a man faced serious allegations related to the possession of indecent images of children and appeared before Dunfermline Sheriff Court to answer these charges. The individual in question was identified as George Flannigan, a resident of Stirling Road in Milnathort.Flannigan, aged 24, was brought before the court to face allegations concerning his possession of explicit images depicting minors. The charges specify that between the 11th of March and the 3rd of April in 2017, he was found to be in possession of such illicit material. The investigation revealed that these images were obtained and stored at various locations, including his residence and along the A92 road connecting Kirkcaldy to Lochgelly.
During the court proceedings, Sheriff Charles MacNair acknowledged the seriousness of the case and ordered that reports be prepared for further review. The defendant, George Flannigan, was remanded in custody and is scheduled to return to court for sentencing on the 20th of September.
