FRAZER GISCOMBE JAILED FOR RAPE IN NOTTINGHAM AFTER PRETENDING TO BE HELPFUL STRANGER
In a disturbing case that has shocked the Nottingham community, Frazer Giscombe has been sentenced to a lengthy prison term after being convicted of heinous sexual offenses.The incident unfolded on the evening of August 5, 2022, when Giscombe, a resident of Perry Road in the Basford area of Nottingham, engaged in a calculated act of predatory behavior.
According to police reports, Giscombe was driving through Nottingham city centre when he deliberately pulled his vehicle over, seemingly offering assistance to two teenage girls.
Under the guise of being a helpful stranger, he lured them into his vehicle, creating an illusion of safety and kindness.
Once he had gained their trust, he took the girls to his home, where the situation took a sinister turn.
At his residence, Giscombe served alcohol to the teenagers, further compromising their judgment and safety.
It was during this vulnerable moment that he committed the assault.
The court heard that Giscombe forcibly raped one of the girls, while he also targeted the second girl while she was unconscious on his bed.

Giscombe was brought to justice after a thorough investigation by Nottinghamshire Police.
He was found guilty of two counts of rape and was subsequently sentenced at Nottingham Crown Court on a Friday.
The court handed down a 16-year extended sentence, which includes 12 years of actual imprisonment followed by a period on license, reflecting the gravity of his crimes.
Detective Constable Toby Marsh, who was involved in the case, described Giscombe’s conduct as “initially posing as a helpful stranger,” emphasizing the calculated and predatory nature of his actions.
“This was frankly predatory behavior, and I am pleased Giscombe has now received a very substantial jail sentence,” he stated, underscoring the importance of justice for the victims and the community’s safety.
