FRASER WANN FROM COUPAR ANGUS SENTENCED FOR SEXUAL OFFENSES INVOLVING UNDERAGE GIRL
In a recent court proceeding held in December 2015, Fraser Wann, aged 21, a resident of Caddam Place in Coupar Angus, faced serious allegations related to sexual misconduct involving a minor.The court heard that Wann had engaged in two separate sexual acts with an underage girl, actions that have prompted legal action and subsequent sentencing.
During the hearing, Wann pleaded guilty to the charges, admitting that the offenses took place on May 31 of the previous year in Coupar Angus.
His admission of guilt was a significant factor in the court's decision to impose penalties aimed at both punishment and public safety.
As part of his sentence, Wann was ordered to register as a sex offender for a period of two years.
