December 2015 Man admits sex acts with girl Fraser Wann, 21, of Caddam Place, Coupar Angus, was yesterday put on the sex offenders register for two years after admitting carrying out two sex acts with an underage girl. Defence agent Steve Lafferty said his client was “ashamed.” Wann admitted that on May 31 last year at Coupar Angus, he carried out the offences. He was also given a restriction of liberty order for six months, requiring him to stay at home between 7pm and 7am.
