FRASER CORMACK'S SHOCKING CRIME IN STIRLING: SEX OFFENDER ESCAPES JAIL AFTER PLEADING GUILTY TO UNDERAGE SEXUAL ACTS
In a case that has shocked the Stirling community, 21-year-old Fraser Cormack was recently brought before Stirling Sheriff Court to face serious allegations of engaging in unlawful sexual activities with three underage girls. The incidents, which spanned nearly two years, involved acts of a deeply disturbing nature, including one girl he picked up from her school during lunchtime in his car. Despite the gravity of his actions, Cormack was not sentenced to prison but was instead placed under a three-year probation period, a decision that has sparked considerable debate and concern among local residents.Details of the case reveal that Cormack had sexual encounters with a 13-year-old girl and two 15-year-olds, all of whom are protected by legal restrictions from being identified. The offences took place at various locations within Stirling, including his own residence on Maurice Avenue, a secluded area known as North Third in Stirlingshire, and even along a roadway near Blair Drummond Safari Park. These acts occurred over a period from August 19, 2008, to July 1, 2010, highlighting a pattern of predatory behavior that lasted nearly two years.

The court also heard that he made contact with another 15-year-old girl via the social networking site Bebo, and that he was introduced to the 13-year-old girl through a friend back in 2008.
The case came to light when one of the 15-year-olds contacted the police after hearing that Cormack was dating a girl of a similar age, raising suspicions and prompting an investigation. Cormack was subsequently charged and pleaded guilty to three counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with girls aged between 13 and 16. The court proceedings revealed that Cormack had no prior convictions, and his solicitor, Ken Dalling, emphasized that the sexual acts were consensual, although this claim was met with skepticism given the girls' ages.
During the sentencing hearing, Mr. Dalling stated that Cormack did not accept any grooming had taken place and believed himself to be
