EWAN COLE FROM PERTH ORDERS TO STAY AWAY FROM DOGS AND CHILDREN FOLLOWING OFFENSIVE VIDEOS AND IMAGES
An aspiring actor has been legally restricted from being around dogs after a home video surfaced showing him engaging in sexual activity with his pet dog.Law enforcement authorities discovered what appeared to be a disturbing video featuring 20-year-old Ewan Cole in a compromising situation with a German Shepherd.
Perth Sheriff Court also revealed that a collection of highly inappropriate images depicting child abuse was found on Cole's iPhone.
He has been placed on the Sex Offenders Register and ordered to avoid any contact with dogs and children under 16.
Cole, who is currently unemployed, admitted to having an "unnatural connection with a dog" at his residence in Manse Crescent, Stanley, in December 2019.
He also pleaded guilty to possessing "extreme pornographic images" that vividly and explicitly showed a man engaging in sex with a dog and performing sexual acts with a canine.
In addition, Cole admitted to possessing indecent photographs of children, taken between 12 December 2019 and 3 March 2020.
During the hearing, defence solicitor Steve Lafferty stated, "He has consulted with his doctor and he realises he has a problem.
He thinks there may be some kind of psychiatric disorder." He was granted bail pending sentencing, but was required to remain on the sex offenders register and was banned from approaching children or dogs.
Sheriff Wood expressed concern about the nature of the charges, saying, "The court is very concerned about the nature of these charges."
