EX-STRIPPER BREACHED SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION AFTER PERTH CONVICTION
A former stripper, who sexually assaulted a woman during a hen party in Perthshire, has appeared in court again after violating the conditions of his sex offender registration.Stuart Kennedy, aged 43, was required to register as a sex offender and follow specific restrictions following his previous conviction.
The ex-performer, known for a routine that included portraying a police officer named Sergeant Eros, was convicted of sexually assaulting two women at a hen party in Aberdeen and another in Crieff.
He is subject to regular monitoring until 2029.
At his Perth court hearing in 2025, it was revealed that Kennedy, who had been performing as a firefighter, had groped and “jiggled” his distressed victim’s breasts and made her drink through a penis-shaped straw during his provocative act.
The woman testified at Perth Sheriff Court that she felt “violated” and had to leave abruptly and vomit partway through his performance.
In the May 2022 incidents in Aberdeen, Kennedy sat on a woman’s lap and repeatedly tried to hug her, as well as pressed his body against another woman’s despite both women’s protests.
As part of his sentence, Kennedy was required to report all bank accounts and credit cards to police.
However, in June 2025, he failed to disclose several cards in his name during a routine police check.
Kennedy admitted to 36 counts of failing to report his financial details.
His lawyer explained that Kennedy had already closed many of those accounts and indicated that the incident served as a wake-up call.
She requested a financial penalty and noted that his employment as a stripper had been terminated.
Because this was his second conviction for similar conduct, Sheriff Lesley Johnstone considered custody appropriate but decided on a community-based sentence instead.
Kennedy was ordered to complete 120 hours of unpaid work within a year.
