EWAN BORTHWICK SEXUAL ASSAULTS TEEN IN DUMFRIES

Ewan Borthwick, a 50-year-old resident of Dumfries, has been convicted of sexually assaulting a young girl under the age of 13. The incident reportedly took place in Dumfries between August 1 and September 27 of the previous year.

Borthwick was accused of physically touching the girl inappropriately, specifically slapping her on the buttocks and tickling her on her body.
