CHIPPING NORTON MAN CONVICTED OF SEXUAL ASSAULT TO BE SENTENCED
A man from Chipping Norton has been found guilty of sexual assault.
Ergun Kesgin, from Middle Row, is scheduled for sentencing after he was convicted on January 13 of touching a woman in a sexual manner without her consent, or without a reasonable belief of consent.
The incident occurred on March 3 of last year in Shefford, Bedfordshire.
Kesgin, aged 43, had pleaded not guilty but was found guilty and is currently remanded on conditional bail until the next hearing on March 20 at Luton Magistrates’ Court.
He must live at his home address to ensure his court appearance and prevent offending, must not contact the victim, and is required to register with St Aldates Police Station under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
