The police were alerted after a woman recounted her encounter with Falfan at a train station car park in Kent.
According to her statement, Falfan followed her to her vehicle, where he stood with his hands in his pockets and stared at her with an intense gaze.
It was during this unsettling moment that she noticed his trousers were undone, and he was exposing himself in her reflection on the car’s wing mirror.

Falfan was arrested and brought before Maidstone magistrates’ court.
During the proceedings, he was represented by an interpreter, as he is a Romanian national.
