In a case that has shocked the local community, Derek Kinsman, a 67-year-old resident of East Taphouse near Liskeard, is now facing potential imprisonment following his guilty plea to a serious sexual offense involving a young girl in Plymouth. The incident occurred in the city last year, and Kinsman’s actions have led to a significant legal proceeding that continues to unfold in the courts.

According to court records, Kinsman admitted to indecently touching the young girl, an act that took place on May 4 of the previous year.
