The 42-year-old recluse began having sex with the girl in 2012, Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court heard. It happened on four or five occasions before he was arrested. Now Forster has been jailed for 34 months. Prosecutor Heather Chamberlin said the sexual activity ended in February 2013 after the girl’s mother found a condom The victim told officers Forster ‘snogged’ her and kissed her all over her body before having sex with her. He stopped when she told him to. The teenager told officers it had happened four or five times in total. Forster was arrested. The court heard both the girl and her mother have received counselling. Forster, of Dart Walk, Winsford, pleaded guilty to sexual activity with a child. Oliver King, mitigating, said Forster has social, emotional and behavioural deficiencies. But he added the defendant pleaded guilty, saving his victim the ordeal of giving evidence in a trial. Mr King said: “He has no previous convictions. He is not a sexual predator. “He has a lack of maturity, and socially and behaviourally he functions as a child. “He is reclusive. He has model railways but has very little contact with other people his own age. “He has had no sexual partners. The victim was his first sexual partner.” Mr King added that any period of custody would ill be very difficult for Forster to cope with. Judge David Fletcher told Forster he ‘must have known’ his victim was vulnerable. Forster will serve up to half the sentence with the rest on licence. He will be on the sex offenders’ register for life and was made subject to a sexual offences prevention order.
