In September 2018, a disturbing case involving a pensioner named Dennis Tindall, also known as Dennis Cooper, came to light in Hull, revealing a series of heinous sexual assaults committed decades earlier.The offences, which spanned the mid-1980s, involved the victim, a teenage boy who was only 13 years old at the time, and left a profound and lasting impact on his life.
The victim, who has chosen to remain anonymous for legal reasons, recounted the traumatic experiences during a court hearing at Hull Crown Court.
He explained that his mother was battling cancer during that period, which prevented him from confiding in her about the abuse.

The young boy was often asked to help carry records, which served as an entry point for the abuse.
