March 2022 Face of dangerous Burton paedophile who ‘falsely imprisoned’ young girl A 50-year old paedophile who falsely imprisoned a young girl has been jailed for 15 years. David Tomlinson, of Calgary Crescent, Winshill, detained the girl against her will at a property in Burton, a court heard. Tomlinson pleaded guilty to false imprisonment, sexual activity with a child of a child under 13 and taking an indecent photograph of a child under 13 He was sentenced at Stafford Crown Court on Wednesday, March 16. He was also ordered to sign the Sex Offender’s Register for life and comply with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order. The offences took place, and were reported, in April 2021
