DAVID TAYLOR FROM BLACKBURN FACES SERIOUS CHARGES FOR CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND CHILD PORNOGRAPHY IN BURNLEY

In a case that has shocked the local community, David Taylor, a 59-year-old man from Blackburn, is facing serious criminal charges related to the sexual abuse of a young girl and the distribution of explicit child pornography. The incident came to light during proceedings at Burnley Crown Court, where details of Taylor’s disturbing actions were revealed.

According to court reports, Taylor, a former soldier, engaged in heinous acts involving a seven-year-old girl. He was found to have coerced her into posing for him, capturing explicit photographs with his digital camera, and subsequently uploading these images onto a website dedicated to child pornography. The court heard that Taylor’s actions were not only sexually abusive but also involved the distribution of indecent images, which significantly compounded the severity of his crimes.

The judge presiding over the case, Judge Barbara Watson, was informed that the young victim had undergone psychiatric treatment as a result of her ordeal. Maxwell further explained that Taylor was suffering from significant health issues, had been forced to leave the Army, and was currently receiving a war pension. At present, the only person standing by Taylor was his mother, underscoring his isolation and the gravity of his situation.
