On four separate days, the victims saw David Keye flash them either in the street or through a window into their student accommodation.
The 54-year-old has prior convictions for similar offences: indecent exposure from 2016 and outraging public decency from 2022.
In one incident, he was observed sexually touching himself in a cemetery while hiding behind tombstones.
Jailed for 18 months, suspended for 18 months, Judge Mark Watson stated: “These offences over four days targeted the same group of students.
You lowered your trousers and exposed your buttocks to them, which was sexually motivated and a clear violation.
The victims reported feeling alarmed, shocked, and unsafe, with one changing her route to lectures.” The offences occurred in North Sherwood Street in March.
