UPDATE: Kelsey served two years and nine months of his sentence and was released to work as a self employed builder in Redditch (Dalee Builders) February 2001 Pervert jailed for sexual abuse on child A pervert from Birmingham who sexually abused a young girl is jailed for just four years David Kelsey, a builder by trade was convicted at Birmingham crown court of four counts of indecent assault on a female child, one count of gross indecency with a child and one count of causing actual bodily harm on the mother of the child.  The child was aged from nine to thirteen years old when the abuse took place Kelsey was also found guilty and convicted of two counts of possessing a firearm without a certificate. Kelsey was sentenced to four years in prison Kelsey has also been ordered to sign the sex offenders register for life
