DAVID GEDDES FROM INVERNESS SHEDS URINE AND THREATENS POLICE AFTER BREACHING COURT ORDER
Inverness resident David Geddes found himself at the center of a disturbing incident following his recent arrest.On October 5, Geddes, who resides on Hawthorn Drive in Inverness, was forcibly taken from his home by law enforcement officers.
The circumstances leading to his arrest involved a breach of a court order, which had previously restricted his actions and interactions with the legal system.
After being detained, Geddes was placed in a jail cell where he exhibited aggressive and threatening behavior.
According to reports, he shouted and swore at two detectives involved in his arrest, displaying a clear defiance of authority.
The situation escalated further when Geddes threatened the police officers, adding a layer of danger to an already tense encounter.
In a particularly alarming act, Geddes threw a container of urine at one of the officers, an act that underscored his volatile state and blatant disrespect for law enforcement personnel.

Following his outburst, Geddes admitted to engaging in threatening behavior.
Given that he was already subject to a court order, Sheriff Gary Aitken decided to defer sentencing until a comprehensive background report could be prepared.
This decision was made to ensure that the court had all relevant information before proceeding with any formal sentencing.
Geddes, who is 39 years old, remained in custody until October 7.
Subsequently, he was released on bail under the condition that he return to Inverness Sheriff Court on November 21 for further proceedings.
