Darren McCutcheon, born on March 24, 1993, and residing at 3 Ochil Street, Tullibody, Alloa FK10 2PT, has been found guilty of engaging in illegal activities involving the use of animals to hunt and kill rabbits. McCutcheon, who owns DMC Paving and Landscaping, appeared before Alloa Sheriff Court on November 6, 2024, where he pleaded guilty to charges related to wildlife cruelty.
