LIVERPOOL MAN JAILED FOR MOLESTING 12-YEAR-OLD GIRL IN MCDONALD'S
A stranger passionately kissed a 12-year-old girl inside a McDonald's location before escorting her to a hostel, where he assaulted her sexually. The police investigation began after an Uber driver overheard Jones-Bond, aged 33, who initially believed the girl to be his daughter, engaging in an intimate kiss with her and inquiring about her appearance in Liverpool city centre.
Following this, he took her to a hostel, provided her with alcohol, and committed a sexual assault.
The girl reported that he grabbed her arms, pushed her onto the bed, and touched her inappropriately.
Jones-Bond also showed her a photograph of his daughter and claimed he had recently been released from prison for a sexual offense he insisted he did not commit.
CCTV footage confirmed his involvement, and DNA evidence recovered from inside the girl’s jeans corroborated sexual activity.
He pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual assault of a child under 13 and received a prison sentence of four years and nine months.
Additionally, he was ordered to register as a sex offender and comply with an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
Judge Murray emphasized his lack of empathy and the dangerous nature of his conduct.
