May 2018 Paedophile who raped child in West Kingsdown jailed for 11 years A paedophile who raped a child in West Kingsdown 15 years ago has been jailed for 11 years. Darren Ellis, 49, of Ash Road, Sevenoaks, was sentenced at Maidstone Crown Court on Thursday (April 26) after being convicted of the crime which happened between 2001 and 2002. After a four day trial Mr Ellis, who pleaded not guilty, was convicted by a jury.
