The conviction follows a detailed investigation and a subsequent trial that uncovered disturbing evidence of his criminal activities.According to court records, Cater was found guilty of raping a girl under the age of 13, an offence that has deeply affected the victim and her family. In addition to this heinous act, he was also convicted of taking an indecent photograph of a child, a crime that further highlights the severity of his misconduct.
