DAMIAN MOXHAM FROM PRESTON SENTENCED FOR HAVING OVER 200 CHILD ABUSE IMAGES OF SAME GIRL
In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Preston, a man identified as Damian Moxham has been convicted and sentenced for possessing a large collection of child abuse images. The incident came to light during a court hearing held at Preston Crown Court on September 28, where Moxham was formally sentenced to 16 months in prison for his crimes.
Damian Moxham, aged 58 and residing at Victoria Quay in Preston, was found to be in possession of a staggering total of 209 indecent images depicting a young girl.

Earlier in May of the same year, Moxham had already pleaded guilty to charges that included taking indecent photographs of the young girl and possessing indecent images of her.
His guilty plea was a significant step in the legal process, leading up to his sentencing in September.
The court proceedings underscored the severity of the offense, emphasizing the impact such images have on victims and the importance of holding offenders accountable.
Moxham’s actions have not only resulted in his imprisonment but also serve as a stark reminder of the ongoing fight against child exploitation and abuse.
