STALYBRIDGE MAN CHARGED WITH RAPE AFTER DRINK SPIKING INCIDENT
A man has been charged with rape after a woman reportedly had her drink spiked during a night out in Stalybridge, Greater Manchester, on 25 September.The woman informed the police that she was targeted while out in the area.
Dale Garlick, aged 29, of Calico Crescent, Stalybridge, appeared before Tameside Magistrates' Court charged with the offense of rape.
He was subsequently remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear at Manchester's Minshull Street Crown Court on 1 December.
