January 2020 Rochford paedophile admits to sexual offences on teen girls A pervert has admitted to a string of sexual offences spanning over 44 years. Colin Disney, 68, of Stambridge Road, Rochford, admitted to 17 offences including indecent assault, sexual touching and gross indecency on girls under the age of 14. The offences took place between 1972 and 2016. Disney admitted the offences at Basildon Crown Court on Monday. He was released on bail until April 16.
