MAN GUILTY OF FILMING CLYDEBANK 18 YEAR IN HER SHOWER

A jury has convicted a man of recording a woman naked in the shower in Clydebank.

Christopher Walker, of Shields Drive, Muirhouse, Motherwell, was found guilty of hiding a camera in the bathroom of a property and recording her.

This was with the intention of enabling himself or another to look at the image of the woman doing a private act.

A majority of the jury at Dumbarton Sheriff Court found him guilty of the sexual offence that took place on December 14, 2022.

Walker, 43, was on bail ahead of the trial but was remanded by Sheriff John McElroy KC.

He will be sentenced later.
