Rosyth Man Found Guilty Of Voyeurism And Controlling Behaviour A man from the Rosyth/Crombie area has been convicted of a string of serious offences at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
Charlie Duddy, also known as “Chick”, appeared in court on Monday, July 6, where he was found guilty of three offences.
Duddy was convicted of coercive and controlling behaviour, forcing someone to look at indecent images, and voyeurism.
Following the conviction, he was placed on the Sex Offenders Register while he awaits sentencing.
The case will return to court on August 31, when Duddy is due to learn his fate.
The offences highlight the disturbing reality of abuse that can happen behind closed doors — where control, humiliation and sexual offending are used to intimidate and degrade victims.
Duddy now faces sentencing after being found guilty by the court.
Sentencing is expected to take place at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on August 31.
