WOLVERHAMPTON WOMAN CAROLINE LOWETH SENTENCED TO LIFE FOR MURDER OF BOYFRIEND JOHN FLETCHER

In a tragic and disturbing case that has shocked the community of Wolverhampton, Caroline Loweth has been handed a life sentence after being convicted of the murder of her boyfriend, John Fletcher. According to court records, Loweth used an 8-inch-long chef's knife to deliver a fatal stab directly to Fletcher’s heart. Her initial defense was that Fletcher had accidentally fallen onto the knife while peeling vegetables, a story that was quickly dismissed by the jury. After careful deliberation, the jury found her guilty of murder, rejecting her version of events.

The court heard that this act was not an isolated incident but rather the culmination of a long-standing pattern of domestic violence between the two.
