CAMERON FINNIGAN JAILED FOR INVOLVEMENT IN SATANIST RING TARGETING CHILDREN IN LONDON

A teenage boy involved in what police have described as a Satanist terror network targeting children online for sexual blackmail and violence has been sentenced to six years at the Old Bailey.

Cameron Finnigan pleaded guilty to encouraging suicide, possessing a terrorism manual, and possessing indecent images of a child. The court was told that the 19-year-old from Horsham was a member of an extreme right-wing Satanist group called 764, which anti-terror police caution poses "an immense threat." At least four British teenagers have been arrested over activities linked to the group, which has blackmailed children—mainly girls—into performing sexual acts, harming themselves, or attempting to take their own lives.

Mr Justice Jay stated that Finnigan posed "a high risk of serious harm to the public." He was arrested in March 2024 after police received information about a firearm at his home. Although no weapon was found, authorities examined his digital devices and uncovered online chats in which he encouraged a young woman, believed to be in Italy, to livestream her own suicide. Police have not been able to identify this woman or determine what happened to her. In those chats, Finnigan boasted to other members of 764 about his efforts to induce children to hurt themselves. Det Ch Supt Claire Finlay, head of Counter Terrorism Policing South East, explained, “The members competed to see who was most extreme: ‘If you can get someone to self-harm, you’re doing quite well in that group. If you can get them to kill themselves, you’re reaching the pinnacle.’”

Finnigan also possessed an 11-page PDF with instructions on executing a "mass casualty" terrorist attack using methods such as a lorry, firearm, or knives. He admitted to planning to murder a homeless man living in a tent near his home, stating online, “I won’t stop until he’s dead.”

Police described this case as extremely shocking due to the severity of the offenses and the significant danger it posed to vulnerable individuals.
