BRIAN SIMPKINS SHOCKS ROSYTH WITH SEXUAL ASSAULT ON 16-YEAR-OLD BOY IN HIS GARDEN

A man from Rosyth, identified as Brian Simpkins, has been convicted of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old boy in his own backyard and has been sentenced to perform unpaid community service. The disturbing incident occurred during a summer night in Simpkins' garden, where the young victim was present along with his father. According to court reports, after the father left the scene, Simpkins proceeded to grab the boy’s private parts, specifically his penis and testicles, in a highly inappropriate and illegal manner.

Following the assault, the boy responded instinctively by punching Simpkins multiple times. Frightened and shocked by the assault, the teenager then ran home and immediately informed his parents about what had transpired. The case was brought before Dunfermline Sheriff Court, where Simpkins, aged 51 and residing on Parkside Street, was found guilty of the charges. The court heard that on June 9, Simpkins had touched the boy’s body and seized his genitals at his residence.

The young witness testified that Simpkins had placed his hand on his leg, pushed up his shorts, and touched his private parts without consent.
