BRADLEY HEARNE CAUGHT IN BARNSEY SCANDAL INVOLVING DERBYSHIRE WOODS
In a disturbing incident that has shocked the local community, Bradley Hearne, a soldier from the Royal Lancers, has admitted to exposing himself to young children in Derbyshire.The troubling event took place in a wooded area near Station Road in Barrow Hill, Derbyshire, on the afternoon of May 13.
According to court reports, Hearne approached a group of young girls who were playing in a nearby park, claiming that he had lost his dog.
He then showed them a photograph of a dog, attempting to gain their trust before luring them into the wooded area.
Once in the secluded location, around 4:45 pm, Hearne committed the indecent act by revealing his private parts in front of the children.
The incident was reported to the police, who responded swiftly to the scene.
During their investigation, officers seized CCTV footage that captured Hearne’s vehicle in the vicinity shortly before the offence occurred.
Further examination of his phone revealed that he had been viewing pornography at the time of the incident.
Initially, Hearne denied the allegations, claiming that he was concerned about a dog he had seen and that he did not expose himself.
However, during court proceedings at Chesterfield Magistrates’ Court, he pleaded guilty to the charge of indecent exposure.
The 22-year-old, who has no previous criminal record and is considered to be of good character, was living with his partner at the time of the offence.
His registered address was listed as Hazelwood Drive, Barnsley.
Following his guilty plea, Hearne’s case was transferred to Derby Crown Court, where a hearing is scheduled for June 24.
He was released on conditional bail, with the conditions including residence at either his mother’s address in Barnsley or at Cambrai Barracks in Catterick Garrison.
The case has garnered significant attention due to the serious nature of the allegations and the involvement of a military personnel in such conduct.
