BRADLEY HALL FROM DURHAM SENTENCED FOR SEX OFFENCES INVOLVING VULNERABLE GIRLS

In a serious case that has shocked the community, Bradley Hall, an 18-year-old resident of Durham, was sentenced to four and a half years in prison after admitting to a series of disturbing sexual offences involving minors. The court heard that Hall's criminal activities spanned over a critical period when he was between 16 and 17 years old, during which he engaged in multiple inappropriate and illegal acts that have left lasting scars on his victims.

One of the most heinous crimes involved Hall raping a 12-year-old girl. The victim, whose identity is protected by law, had initially sought medical assistance with her mother at her local GP in Durham for emergency contraception. During this visit, the doctor expressed concerns to the police about the girl’s situation. It was revealed that Hall had contacted her through social media platforms, where he falsely listed her age as 16. Despite her telling him she was only 12, Hall persisted in communication, sending her pictures and arranging to meet in person.

According to court reports, Hall invited the young girl to his house in Durham, where he then engaged in sexual activity with her. After the act, he asked her to leave, citing that his mother was returning home. The girl felt exploited, especially since Hall had told her he loved her, which added to her confusion and distress. The court was told that Hall’s actions were predatory and that he took advantage of her vulnerability.

In addition to this, Hall also maintained a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl who was described as vulnerable due to her mental health issues, including psychotic episodes. Furthermore, Hall possessed over 60 indecent images of a 17-year-old girl on his mobile phone at the time of his arrest.
