BRADEN RAE FROM BORROWASH AND BURTON SENTENCED TO EIGHT YEARS FOR RAPE IN BURTON

In a case that has shocked the local communities of Borrowash and Burton, Braden Rae, a 44-year-old man, was sentenced to a lengthy prison term of eight years after he pleaded guilty to multiple counts of rape. The sentencing took place at Wolverhampton Crown Court on June 11, following a series of disturbing allegations that spanned over two years.

According to court records, Rae, who previously worked as a gym instructor in Burton, was found to have committed the heinous acts in Burton-on-Trent. The court heard that Rae assaulted the same woman on two separate occasions in 2014, and then again in 2015.
