ARTHUR SHAYLER OF WEDNESBURY SENTENCED FOR UPSKIRT PHOTOGRAPH AND CHILD INDECENT IMAGES
A man from Wednesbury has received a three-year community order after attempting to secretly photograph a schoolgirl’s upskirt at a McDonald's restaurant.Arthur Shayler, aged 72, was apprehended by a witness and police authorities during the incident.
It was also found that he possessed indecent images of children.
The court mandated that he register as a sex offender and pay associated costs.
The judge acknowledged that Shayler had no prior convictions but expressed concerns regarding his sexual interest in children.
