ANTHONY BROWN FROM NORWICH CAUGHT AFTER CHILDREN MEMORISE HIS PLATE IN SOUTH LONDON
On 13 May 2011, a paedophile was brought to justice after a brother and sister memorised his vehicle's number plate as he attempted to lure them.
Authorities identified 51-year-old Anthony Brown, a father of two, following his inappropriate advances towards an 11-year-old girl in New Addington, South London.
Brown, a football coach, had been found to possess 51 indecent images of children at his residence in Swanley, Kent, as revealed during a court hearing at Croydon Crown Court.
He pleaded guilty to possession of the images and received a suspended four-month prison sentence.
Judge Glenn Brasse commented on Brown’s condition, warning that his “deep rooted” issues appeared to be worsening.
Since the incident, Brown has relocated to the Norwich/Norfolk area.
