The court was informed that Bemdorius, a resident of Mansfield, approached a woman who was enjoying a night out with her colleagues. On July 2, at Mansfield Magistrates Court, the 48-year-old man, residing on Smith Street in Mansfield, admitted to two charges of sexual assault. The court sentenced him to a 12-month community order, which includes 20 days of rehabilitation and 180 hours of unpaid work. The sentencing was deferred until August 1 to allow for further arrangements. Additionally, Bemdorius was ordered to register with the police, pay a surcharge of £105, and compensate each victim with £150, covering expenses of £85.
