ANDREW PRINCE REPEATEDLY BREACHES SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION IN LIVERPOOL
Andrew Prince, a convicted sex offender from Liverpool, has once again fallen foul of the law by breaching the strict conditions of his sex offenders' registration for the twelfth time.His repeated failures to comply with police requirements have led to his re-imprisonment, raising serious concerns about public safety and the effectiveness of current monitoring systems.
Prince’s criminal history is extensive, with his initial conviction dating back to 2005 when he was found guilty of two counts of rape.
He was sentenced to a decade behind bars, and as part of his sentence, he was subjected to an indefinite notification requirement, which mandated that he regularly update authorities about his whereabouts and other relevant details.
Despite these legal obligations, Prince has consistently failed to meet them, demonstrating a pattern of non-compliance that has persisted over the years.
Most recently, Prince was released from prison on June 3 after serving a 16-month sentence for failing to notify authorities of his address.
Under the terms of his release, he was supposed to inform the police of his location within three days.
However, he did not do so, and instead, he was listed as wanted for failing to provide his address within 11 days.
This breach prompted his arrest in Liverpool city centre at approximately 8 pm on June 15.
During police interviews, Prince did not attempt to deny his actions.
