ANDREW FERGUSON'S BRUTAL ATTACK NEAR DERBY PRIMARY SCHOOL
On December 11, a disturbing assault unfolded outside St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School on Mill Hill Lane in Derby, involving Andrew Ferguson, a 40-year-old man with a long history of criminal activity.The incident was characterized by violence and aggression directed at a woman who was in a vulnerable state at the time.
According to reports, Ferguson, who is known to struggle with drug and alcohol dependency, initiated the attack after demanding, "I want my crack you slag," a phrase that underscores his addiction issues.
He then proceeded to rip a chain from the woman’s neck, causing her to fall to the ground.
Witnesses present at the scene observed Ferguson’s violent behavior firsthand, noting that he had shared substances and drinks with the victim earlier that day, which suggests a possible prior relationship or acquaintance.
Following the theft of her necklace, Ferguson launched a brutal assault, delivering multiple punches to her face and head.
He continued his attack by stamping on her head and kicking her while she was down, displaying a reckless disregard for her safety.
During the assault, Ferguson also used his foot as a weapon, further intensifying the violence.
