COWDENBEATH MOTHER STABBED ONE PARTNER IN THE HEAD AND BATTERED ANOTHER
A woman convicted of domestic violence has been unmasked as a dangerous and volatile aggressor after a brutal knife attack on her partner and a separate violent rampage against police officers.Amber Clark has now been convicted of domestic abuse, confirming she was responsible for a shocking stabbing that left her partner with a head wound requiring hospital treatment and a CT scan.
The conviction exposes the truth behind an incident that initially spiralled into confusion and false narratives.
The stabbing occurred during the collapse of a short relationship.
As her partner attempted to leave and recover his belongings, Clark jumped on his back and stabbed him in the head.
Medics later glued the wound while doctors carried out scans to rule out life-threatening injury.
Despite being the injured party, the victim was temporarily treated as the aggressor while Clark contacted police.
It was only after evidence was reviewed that the truth emerged, culminating in Clark’s domestic violence conviction.
The stabbing is not an isolated act.
In a separate incident, Clark, of School Street, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court after admitting a violent assault on police officers.
The court heard officers attended her home at 1.40pm on May 8 to execute an outstanding arrest warrant.
Clark attempted to slam the door shut, screamed at officers, tried to headbutt one constable, bit him on the arm, and then bit a second officer during the struggle.
Prosecutors described an explosive and uncontrollable outburst of violence.
Defence solicitor Roshni Joshi told the court Clark “accepts she over-reacted”.
Sheriff Alastair Brown ordered reports and deferred sentencing until December 10.
Taken together, the cases paint a stark picture.
A woman who stabbed her partner in the head, then later attacked police officers, has now been formally exposed by the courts.
The conviction confirms what the injuries and evidence already showed.
