    In March 2014, Alexander Kennedy, 40, faced sentencing after attempting to seduce a 13-year-old girl via webcam. Kennedy believed he was engaging with a schoolgirl and during the interaction, he exposed himself. However, he was unaware that he was actually communicating with an undercover police officer recording the conversation.

    Kennedy had a sexually explicit exchange with the girl and made sexual advances in August 2012. He admitted in court to attempting to cause a child to watch a sexual act and to engaging in sexual activity with a child. The case was heard at the Old Bailey, where Kennedy faced charges related to his online conduct.
