November 2015 Child rapist send photos of privates to 11-year-old girl A 38-year old child rapist, who conned five females into sending him nude photos of themselves, by pretending to be a representative of a modelling agency, and sent an 11-year old girl a picture of his naked penis, has been jailed for a further 16 months. Alan Walker brutally raped a 14-year-old after luring her into sex in a warped Facebook plot He groomed the teen using a string of fake online profiles. He arranged to meet the schoolgirl in Musselburgh, East Lothian, claiming to be a young man called Jamie. But the then 37-year-old dragged her into a field, blindfolded and battered her before raping the teenager. Depraved Walker was already known to the girl as he had previously had sex for her But she didn’t realise he was the rapist as he managed to disguise himself. Walker, who is now serving a 10-year sentence in Saughton Prison for child rape, pled guilty at Edinburgh Sheriff Court today to fraudulently obtaining the photographs of the women in a state of undress, by claiming he worked for the Epic Models Agency. His con game covered a period from January 2011 to July 2014. Walker also pled guilty to sending the 11-year old girl a photograph of his penis on Facebook. All the offences were committed from premises in Market Street, Musselburgh, East Lothian. Fiscal Depute, Ann MacNeill, told Sheriff Frank Crowe how Walker contacted the females on Facebook, claiming to be in the modelling business and asking them to send him naked photographs of themselves with a view to being taken on as models for photo shoots. Sheriff Crowe asked: “I take it these were topless photographs?”. The Fiscal replied: “Topless and naked”. The women, she added, understood this would “be their entry to the modelling world”. Walker also contacted the 11-year old on Facebook using the name “Jamie Smith”, but her mother became aware of the photo and contacted the police. Defence solicitor advocate, David Allan, told Sheriff Crowe, that his client had been jailed for 10 years with a five year extended sentence in June of this year for rape and would not be considered for parole until 2020. Sheriff Crowe asked him if he wished to say anything about the offences, but Mr Allan replied: “No, the offences really speak for themselves”. Sheriff Crowe told Walker: You are in prison for a considerable period and will be under supervision and on the Sex Offenders Register for life. The public will be well protected from you in future”. Although the women had been adults, Sheriff Crowe said they had been vulnerable to his fraud and had been “encouraged to do things which they would otherwise not have done”. He jailed Walker for eight months on the offences regarding the women and 16 months for “the serious offence against a young girl”. The sentences to run concurrently. June 2015 A RESTAURANT boss who brutally raped a 14-year-old after luring her into sex in a warped Facebook plot has been jailed for 10 years. Alan Walker groomed the teen using a string of fake online profiles. He arranged to meet the schoolgirl in Musselburgh, East Lothian, claiming to be a young man called Jamie. But the 37-year-old dragged her into a field, blindfolded and battered her before raping the teenager. Depraved Walker was already known to the girl as he had previously met her for sex. But she didn’t realise he was the rapist as he managed to disguise himself. Unaware he was the culprit, Walker was then the first person the teenager called for help shortly after her ordeal. But he was later held after a search of his laptop revealed details of his plans to attack the girl. Yesterday, Walker was jailed for 10 years with a five year supervision order after release. He pleaded guilty to a string of charges at the High Court in Glasgow, including rape and grooming offences. Judge Lord Turnbull told him: “As a mature adult you engaged in a sophisticated and carefully planned scheme which permitted you to trick and manipulate a young girl of only 14 at the time.” Last year, the girl was in regular contact via social media with a person she believed was called Jason Clarke. But it was actually Walker, who had set up a fake Facebook profile with photos taken from the web. During one online chat “Jason” suggested the girl should meet “his brother” Alan Walker and “encouraged” her to have sex with him. The court heard Walker went on to repeatedly have sex with the girl at his home in Musselburgh between October and December last year. In January this year, the girl told Walker she planned to meet a “Jamie Smith”, who she had again been in contact with online. But this was also Walker, who had set up another bogus profile. The court heard she agreed to meet “Jamie” near playing fields in Musselburgh on January 11. But when she went there Walker dragged her into a field and subjected her to a brutal rape.
