ALAN SOLOMON SENTENCED IN WEST BROMWICH FOR SEXUAL OFFENCES AGAINST TIPTON GIRL

In December 2014, Alan Solomon, a 78-year-old man from West Bromwich, was handed a four-year prison sentence after being convicted of multiple serious sexual offences committed against a young girl.

The crimes spanned a distressing period beginning in 1982, when the victim was only eight years old, and continued until she reached the age of 16.

The court found Solomon guilty of four counts of indecent assault on a girl under the age of 14, as well as one count of indecent assault on a girl under 16.
