    ALAN RALPHS FROM PRESTATYN SENTENCED TO TWO YEARS IN PRISON FOR INDECENT ASSAULTS IN PRESTATYN

    In January 2005, a man from Prestatyn was sentenced to two years in prison after admitting to indecently assaulting a young girl.

    Alan Ralphs’ crime came to light when the 10-year-old victim’s brother unexpectedly entered the room, revealing the abuse.

    The 60-year-old, who was employed at Deeside Furniture in Greenfield, pleaded guilty to two counts of indecent assault.

    Following the court proceedings at Mold Crown Court, Judge ordered Ralphs, of Dawson Drive, to register as a sex offender with the police for the next ten years.

    Charlotte Kenny, representing Ralphs, stated that her client was gradually coming to terms with his actions.
