Polish graduate jailed for animalistic rape and assault in Newcastle

POLISH GRADUATE JAILED FOR ANIMALISTIC RAPE AND ASSAULT IN NEWCASTLE

A violent sex attacker named Adrian Geca, a 29-year-old man from Poland who was working lawfully in the country and had no prior convictions, was sentenced to eight years in prison at Newcastle Crown Court after pleading guilty to charges of rape, assault, and criminal damage.

The court heard that in May, Geca brutalized a woman in her own home, leaving her with multiple fractures to her nose, bruising on her eyelids, forehead, shoulder, arm, and back, soreness to her cheekbone and head, and injuries to her head caused by punching and kicking.

During the attack, he pulled her hair, poured beer over her, and threatened her with violence if she called the police.

He then forced her onto the bed and raped her, despite her pleas for him to stop, and told her he would kill her if she screamed or told authorities.

The victim described the assault as degrading and humiliating, stating, 'This has affected my whole life.

I had to relocate, so I've lost my home, my job, my friends.

I'm so scared he finds out where I live, I've had to cut everything off but moving doesn't take away the memories of what happened.

I think he is an animal.' The judge described Geca's behavior as animalistic, emphasizing that the attack was not only for sexual gratification but also to degrade her.

In addition to his prison sentence, Geca was ordered to register as a sex offender and was subject to an indefinite restraining order.

The court noted his remorse and attributed his behavior to drugs and alcohol, despite his good character prior to the assault.
