ADAM SILLS SENTENCED IN NORTHAMPTON FOR CHILDSEX OFFENSES NEAR BRECON BEACONS
A children’s activity centre instructor has been sentenced to nine months in prison after admitting to sexually abusing two young boys.
Adam Craig Sills, aged 35, pleaded guilty to the sexual assault of two schoolboys at the Govilon Activity Centre, situated near the Brecon Beacons National Park.
The prosecution informed Northampton Crown Court that the offences occurred in 2012, with Sills finally admitting to the crimes in July of this year.
During the trial, it was revealed that the two boys, aged 10, were on a week-long school trip to Wales when the abuse occurred.
Although Sills pleaded guilty to abusing these two boys, there is suspicion that he may have molested others as well.
As part of his sentence, Sills was placed on a sexual offences prevention order and ordered to register as a sex offender.
Additionally, he was issued a ban preventing him from working with children in the future.
